WE DO NOT SHIP FUEL, GAS, OR NITRO FUEL

Due to the extreme cost of hazmat certification we cannot ship any type of fuel, gasoline, or nitrous.

Qualifying Orders:

  • Shipped via our choice of carriers and services (most orders will take 3-7 business days)
  • No guaranteed delivery date
  • Only applies to order subtotals that are $99 or higher prior to taxes and fees
  • Available on in-stock orders only
  • Free shipping cannot be used with any other specials or discounts including but not limited to coupons, Sponsorship-related discounts, or Gift Cards.

  • Due to restrictions beyond our control, some items may not be allowed to ship under super saver shipping

 

General Shipping Policies

Shipping / Billing Address Mismatch
We require the billing address and shipping address to be the same on all orders.  If the billing address does not match your shipping address, the order will be flagged as potential fraud and likely cancelled and refunded.

RC Vehicle Color Choices Disclaimer
When ordering an RC vehicle, King Cobra of Florida does not guarantee the color choice you select will be the color you receive,  however we do our best in all cases to provide you with the color body you choose.

Shipping Liability Disclaimer
King Cobra of Florida is not liable for the condition of items once they have been received by the the shipping company. The shipping company is 100% responsible for the condition of the items and ensuring they arrive at your address. In the event any damage or loss occurs to your items during shipping, you MUST contact the shipping company to file a claim against them for damage or loss.

Shipping Quote Disclaimer
King Cobra of Florida does not guarantee the accuracy of our live shipping quote tool during checkout. In the event your items will require additional shipping due to their size or weight, we will contact you while processing your order to notify you of the additional shipping cost.

Shipping Quote Exclusions
Some exclusions apply like oversized or heavy/freight items, some on-sale items or other specific product categories or products.

International Shipping
We ship nationwide via Fedex and USPS.

Shipping Handling Time
Most orders placed before noon will be shipped the same day.

Shipping Financing Orders
Financing orders are delayed by at least 3 business days due to the funding process.

All other orders are shipped the next business day, provided the items are in stock and/or available.

Shipping Backorders
In the event any items on your order is not in stock, it will be placed on back-order and will ship separately once it arrives.
