Refunds & Returns Policy

With 99% of all items, we do NOT allow refunds or returns. 

All returns must be authorized FIRST by contacting us.


Changing / Editing Orders

Once you place an order with items that are in-stock, you have 15 minutes to make changes or request changes to your order.   

After 15 minutes of an order being placed,  we DO NOT ALLOW cancellations, changes, or editing of your order.


Returning Financing Orders

With financing orders, we do NOT allow refunds or returns!

In fact, with 99% of all orders, we do NOT allow refunds or returns.

With non-financing orders, there may be some rare cases where an exception can be made with manager approval, but in 99% of all cases we do not allow refunds or returns.

All returns must be authorized FIRST by contacting us.


Authorized Returns

Please contact us to authorize a return.   A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns unless a return is result of error on our part.    Unless an exception is made,  returns must be sent  new in the box and unopened, within 14 days of receipt.    


Unauthorized Returns

In the event a package is returned to us without authorization;  for example due to postal address mismatch,  carrier mis-delivery or failed delivery, refusal of delivery or return to sender; refunds automatically incur a 15% restocking fee.


Returns are generally not allowed due to the type of items we sell.  Refunds are EXPRESSELY FORBIDDEN on several types of items:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
  • We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Additional non-returnable items: 
  • Vehicles of any type 
  • Electric, Electrical or electronic items, parts or related accessories (98% of what we sell)
  • Gift cards 
  • Downloadable software products 
  • Some health and personal care items

To be eligible for a return, you must get a manager's approval to make exception to our return policy.

If approved for a return, our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as a return authorization by our returns department.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted if a refund is approved:

  • Items not normally eligible for return but where an exception has been made by management and an RMA number provided to you.
  • Books, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Re-stocking Fees on Returns
All returns incur a 15% restocking fee.  In some cases, at the discretion of management, the restocking fee may be waived.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: King Cobra of Florida, Inc., 2101 N Pace Blvd Pensacola, FL 32501, United States.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


RC Vehicle Color Choices Disclaimer

When ordering an RC vehicle, King Cobra of Florida does not guarantee the color choice you select will be the color you receive,  however we do our best in all cases to provide you with the color body you choose.  Receiving the wrong body color than what you chose is not an eligible reason for refund.


Shipping a Return Item

If you are authorized to return your product, you should mail your product to: King Cobra of Florida, Inc., United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your shipped item.

King Cobra of Florida does not offer refunds on any items that have already been shipped unless a return has been authorized by our returns manager and assigned an RMA number.
