Shipping Protection only covers issues that arise during the transit of the product and while it's in the hands of the shipping carrier. Once it has left our shop, or has been delivered, the protection is not active.
If you are shipping an item over $25, and don't choose our Shipping Protection service, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
There have been many times that package carriers have damaged, lost, or destroyed packages en-route to their destination and there is nothing we can do to avoid this.
