Jimmy Louis had been waiting years for a decent tube-frame monster truck to come out, so when Axial released their SMT10 he knew he had to have it. He dubbed his “The Warthog” and stuffed it with a Castle Creations SCT controller with a 3600kV motor. He added Boom Racing Type G piggyback shocks with Team Associated oil. There’s a relocated Russ Hinshaw rear sway bar on Traxxas links and a set of CPE links. Wheels are JConcepts Tributes with Jimmy’s own 3D-printed cosmetic beadlocks, wrapped in Firestorm tires. The body shell is a 1981 Bronco by Pro Line. He also designed and 3D-printed custom 4-into-1 Magnaflow-style headers, a fuel cell, the jet engine nacelles and the GAU-8 Avenger gatling gun on the hood. He even has a Sense ESS-one+ sound system programmed with sounds for the monster truck and the gun!
