Looks like our favorite hobby is about to get another big boost into the mainstream media consciousness as Traxxas‘ Courtney Force is now the flat-out fastest driver in NHRA history, and just became the winningest lady driver to boot. With a top speed of 325.37mph, Courtney bested the previous record of 324.12mph set by dad John Force back in February. Exciting stuff no matter who’s behind the wheel, but when it’s Courtney with her massive crossover appeal beyond the racing community, it’s a huge home run–great for Traxxas, and great for radio control as a hobby and industry. Thanks for spreading the word about RC at 325mph, Courtney!
