The Traxxas Team welcomes X Games Gold Medalist And European Rallycross Championship Frontrunner Liam Doran

Traxxas is proud to introduce the newest addition to the long list of Traxxas motorsports champions: X Games Gold Medalist and European Rallycross Championship frontrunner, Liam Doran.

Following in the footsteps of his Rallycross-racer father, Liam Began (started) his racing career at the age of 14. Now, 25, Britain’s Liam Doran is one of the hottest athletes to hit the international motorsports circuit. His aggressive, no-holds-barred driving style and ambition lead to one of the biggest upsets at X Games 17, when he went on to win the Gold medal, dominating the heavily favored Marcus Grönholm of Finland. This weekend, Liam will defend his gold medal at X Games 18 in Los Angeles, CA in his brand new Citroën DS3 Supercar.

“I’m stoked to have Traxxas on board for X Games 18 and for the rest of my 2012 season. It’s definitely a great product and I’m excited to try out my rally driving skills with my very own Traxxas RC rallycross replica car!” says Liam.
