Adam Drake Gets a Wall Street Journal Story

The Wall Street Journal is better known for stock tips than racing tips, but the iconic business media source has a nice piece on Adam titled “Radio-Control Cars: How the Pros Race.” It’s part of the WSJ’s “My Ride” series, which is usually about people’s interesting full-size cars, and Adam’s Lincoln Mark LT gets its due, but RC takes center stage in the video clip.

Mainstream media usually treats RC in a very “cute” way and gets a lot of stuff wrong (or focuses on the wrong thing, such as cost), but this is actually a nice introduction to what “real RC” is all about for a totally uninformed reader/viewer. Have a look.
