Why Was My Order Flagged as Fraud and Refunded?
Our system checks for fraud on every order, and may mistakenly mark orders as fraudulent. This is primarily to protect individuals payment information.
Your order may have mistakenly triggered our fraud filters if:
- Your billing address does not match your shipping address
- Your billing address does not match the information on file with your bank or card provider.
- Your name does not match the information on the card.
- Other reasons which may not be revealed.
